In 1986, Tavas was founded in Jerusalem as a small, family-owned cleaning company with big aspirations. From the very beginning, Tavas aimed to become a major player in the Israeli commercial cleaning world, not only to grow its own business, but also to benefit all stakeholders, including its own dedicated employees, and influence the entire cleaning profession. The company has always striven to highlight the value of diversity, present a unique identity, and drive change that transforms industry paradigms.

 
Tavas joined Electra FM in 2015, becoming part of Israel’s largest facility management group, and established its position as central to the activities and advanced operating model of the IFM (Integrated Facility Management) sector. At all times, the company has continued to diligently uphold its core values and inclusive policies, while also developing and improving codes of conduct and ethics at an international standard.

 
Today, Tavas is a family of around 3,700 employees providing professional cleaning services via 6 branches nationwide. We are immensely proud of the strong organization we have built over the years, bringing together men and women of all nationalities and communities in our shared commitment to excellence. This is what has enabled us to set the standard for cleaning throughout the country, not only for Israeli businesses, but also for the many international companies operating here.
