Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) is a field that focuses on occupational health and safety processes in a broader context, taking into account environmental protection factors that also impact workers’ wellbeing.
At Tavas, we have long been advocates of safe, eco-friendly practices that help to identify and prevent risks in our many diverse work environments, which include offices, manufacturing plants, warehouses, parking lots, yards, office buildings, and clean rooms.

Innovative Equipment
In addition to providing appropriate PPE, we continually seek to adopt advanced new cleaning methods to reduce physical effort and improve efficiency.
Insulated Flasks
Encouraging good hydration throughout the day, our cleaners are provided with insulated bottles that keep drinks cold and minimize the need for disposable cups.
Footwear
All cleaners are issued with special safety shoes in accordance with regulations, combining comfort and protection. We have also designed unique safety shoes for women.
Safety Gloves
We supply all cleaning workers with suitable gloves to suit the types of tasks and equipment they will be using, protecting hands for the long term.
Eye Protection
Our cleaners are provided with suitable safety glasses or goggles to protect their eyes from cleaning products and particles.

The internal Tavas Safety Committee meets at our headquarters on every six weeks.
Health & Safety File
We maintain and update a dedicated Health & Safety file for all related information in the cleaning field.
On-Site Training & Educational Video
Safety training is carried out periodically, including classes, case studies, Dos & Don’ts, etc.
Chief Safety Officer
Our CSO closely oversees our activities across Israel from a safety standpoint, in accordance with the annual safety plan.
Safety Professionals
All our cleaning supervisors are trained and certified as safety officers.
Safety Audits
Safety inspections are performed at all sites to formulate appropriate Risk Assessment & Method Statements (RAMS) and ensure good working practices.
