Ilan Shimoni has served as the CEO of Tavas since he founded the company in 1986, leading the company to its current position as the most prominent and trusted company in its field in Israel. Keren Feigin is the Personal Assistant to the CEO of Tavas, Ilan Shimoni, and works closely with him and the entire management team on a daily basis as they aim to fulfill Ilan’s vision for the company – the Tavas vision. She is a member of the senior management team at Tavas and serves as Ilan’s right hand, assisting in managing the intensive schedule, resources, and data across the company’s diverse activities. Her responsibilities include coordinating, advising on, and overseeing cross-organizational processes led by the CEO and other staff members. Throughout all activities, Keren is guided by her commitment to professionalism, discretion, reliability, and service – values that are also championed by Tavas in general.
Keren also spearheads the company’s Prevention of Sexual Harassment activities. She believes that, as Assistant to the CEO, it is necessary to be involved and stay up to date with all areas of activity at the company. This requires an ongoing learning process, so that she can best support all Tavas operations in the face of various challenges, which change on a daily basis.

Dan Zilberman has been with Tavas for a decade, harnessing his expertise in business development and customer relations to raise the company’s profile, improve its image, and engage with customers in Israel and overseas.
His role focuses on developing and expanding the company’s operations, including through the creation of new business opportunities and strategic partnerships, as well as attracting new customers and improving customer retention. This involves Voice of Customer activities, such as conducting market research and surveys, in addition to IFM touchpoints and ongoing communication with customers that serves as the “glue” of the organization.
Dan is dedicated to absolute precision in all his activities, which cover pricing and SLA changes, commercial data analysis, and staying on top of emerging consumer trends. He is excited to continue integrating cutting-edge technological innovations within the Tavas toolbox and expanding the company’s activities in niche areas, such as clean rooms.

Dudi Mizrahi has been a senior manager in the cleaning, security, and maintenance fields for around 30 years. He was previously an IDF officer with the rank of Colonel and continues to serve as an active reservist.
As Tavas COO, Dudi leads all Tavas activities and logistics in Israel, and is responsible for improving cross-organizational processes related to health and safety, sustainability, procurement, training, and software for payroll and attendance tracking. He is in ongoing contact with customers and strongly believes that the company’s ethos of professionalism, availability, and willingness to go above and beyond has given Tavas a crucial advantage in the market.

Andrey Sitnitsky is a CPA who leverages his expertise in financial management and strategic planning to drive business growth and optimize performance at a company that employs 3,700 people. He was previously a Senior Associate at Ernst & Young.
As CFO, he is responsible for overseeing budgeting and financial reporting processes, leading corporate accounting procedures, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. In addition, he works closely with CEO Ilan Shimoni to develop and achieve sound financial goals for the entire company.
Andrey believes that, in many ways, a CFO acts as the right hand of the CEO, providing a detailed, accurate map of market factors that empowers decision-making. This requires in-depth financial and economic knowledge alongside a strategic perspective.

Dana Appelbaum has been with Tavas for 30 years – a period of incredible transformation for the company, as well as for the commercial cleaning industry in general. She is an excellent example of someone who has risen through the ranks and currently serves as Chief Payroll Officer, responsible for monthly payroll activities for the entire company. She is also in charge of salary auditing processes and is a key advisor in legal proceedings related to labor law.
As part of the senior management team, Dana believes that it is always important to have everyone’s voices heard in order to make the best possible decisions. This is reflected in Tavas’s attitude toward employees in general, from respecting employee rights without compromises, to supporting the wellbeing and development of each individual worker. Even after 30 years, Dana still finds that she learns something new every day at Tavas.

Avi’s background is in hi-tech and logistics, where he was responsible for managing complex projects involving cutting-edge technologies. His role at Tavas is a natural extension of this experience, as he visits companies and exhibitions around the world in order to identify the innovative solutions that will make a significant difference to employee wellbeing, as well as cleaning efficiency and performance.
Avi believes that by successfully integrating state-of-the-art innovations and automated solutions within a people-oriented service philosophy, Tavas will continue to lead the industry and provide comprehensive customized solutions for each customer.

Ilan Sagiv is the manager of PowerJet – a specialist division of Tavas that is dedicated to especially complex or extensive one-time cleaning projects that completely transform a building or area.
He has been with Tavas for 12 years and firmly believes in the abilities of the PowerJet team to overcome any obstacle. Examples of projects tackled by PowerJet include high-pressure deep cleaning of various structures, including parking lots and tunnels. The team also cleans and disinfects drinking water storage tanks, which demands a very high level of performance.
Ilan loves to be given a new challenge, requiring the team to deliver excellent service in full compliance with scheduling and budget parameters, no matter the circumstances. This often leads to the use of cutting-edge equipment and he is looking forward to expanding PowerJet’s capabilities with drones using reverse osmosis technology. Of course technology is just one aspect of the team’s constant pursuit of improvements in every area.

Udi Maimon is the Tavas HR Manager and previously served for 17 years in various roles within the IDF Human Resources Department. His role focuses on employee welfare and retention, as well as ongoing professional and managerial training opportunities. He is also a professional advisory contact for all issues related to the world of human resources.

Avital Amar is the Service Inspection Manager at Tavas, responsible for online satisfaction surveys, as well as operation and maintenance of the company’s service app. She works to continually raise its standard of service and innovation at every level. She was previously an Information Security NCO within the Israeli Air Force, which gave her strong abilities to analyze complex situations and solve problems in real time.
Avital believes that service excellence combined with advanced technology is the real heart of Tavas and also the key to long-term success. Shir Nouri is the Recruitment Team Manager at Tavas, in charge of six recruitment coordinators nationwide (one per branch). Recruitment is a priority for Tavas and its CEO, and Shir is committed to strengthening the team both personally and professionally. This means ensuring that each coordinator consistently upholds the personnel standards that Tavas has pledged itself to keeping in its customer agreements.
Shir’s role focuses on guiding and advising each coordinator, conducting audits, and personally recruiting for management roles, in addition to supporting managers in all recruitment and placement-related matters. She has extensive experience in all aspects of recruitment and enjoys being able to see and influence how employees develop throughout their time at Tavas – which is generally much longer than at other commercial cleaning companies.

Elad Cohen manages the Tavas branch responsible for the Jerusalem region, which includes paying close attention to many different activities, including annual goal setting, human resources, customer relations, efficiency improvements, innovation, and much more. However, he is adamant that despite all the technology and professional systems at Tavas, people remain the key to customer satisfaction and outstanding performance. For Elad, the best part of his job is seeing the end result – both when customers are happy with their services and enjoy the highest cleaning standards, and when Tavas employees love coming to work due to the excellent conditions and supportive atmosphere.
He is very interested in the many technological solutions available in the professional cleaning field and is always learning about them in order to recommend the optimal approaches to each customer. At the same time, Elad recognizes that there is no substitute for dedicated cleaners who take pride in their work.

Yoram Siman-Tov manages the Tel Aviv City branch of Tavas and has been with the company for 18 years. He is the perfect example of how successful managers come from within the company, as he has risen from Regional Service Manager, through Operations Manager, to his current role. Yoram is motivated by his vision of not only providing the highest quality services, but also creating a family atmosphere that embraces both customers and employees.
His goal is to give customers the absolute maximum, which will enhance customer retention while also attracting new customers from various fields. In Yoram’s view, Tavas provides added value, not only through the use of advanced technologies like the Tavas service app, but also through its dedicated personal service, with 24/7 availability and willingness to think outside the box to find suitable solutions.

Avi Yeshurun manages the Tavas branch responsible for the Haifa and northern region, stretching from Kiryat Shmona and the Golan Heights in the far north and all the way south to Hadera. His role involves overall responsibility for administrative management (payroll, recruitment, HR, logistics, etc.), in addition to building work plans, overseeing and supporting the management team, and meeting with customers, which often includes site tours, especially where complex IFM projects are concerned.
Avi believes in always delivering fair, professional service that continually strives for excellence. This begins with having a caring, respectful attitude toward all employees and being committed to bringing value to the customer when providing service and finding creative solutions in every situation. He is confident that the cleaning industry will undergo a profound technological revolution in the years ahead, as the use of autonomous tools like AI and robotics will play a central role in all cleaning activities. Yuval Gamliel manages the Tavas branch responsible for the central region of Israel, overseeing all operations related to providing professional commercial cleaning services to diverse customers in this area, including more than 170 different locations. He has been involved in complex management roles for the past 25 years.
Yuval believes that Tavas delivers significant added value in many aspects of its work, from the use of innovative equipment and eco-friendly products, through the excellent working conditions for employees, to the rapid, high-quality responses received by each customer. Service is always the priority, no matter the project or the challenge, for Yuval and the around 550 staff members he manages. Ilan Cohen manages the Tavas branch responsible for the Shfela region, located in the Ness Ziona Science Park. The branch currently has around 600 employees and serves approx. 150 customers. Ilan has been with Tavas for 8 years and has some 14 years of experience in the cleaning industry. Due to the branch’s location, Ilan believes that it has immense potential for continued growth and development. Currently the branch serves many top-tier clients, both Israeli and international companies, including prominent financial and defense organizations.
Ilan is guided by his love for the cleaning profession and his strong belief in creating a stable, winning team that can successfully overcome every challenge. This is made possible through dedication to professionalism, high quality standards, integrity, transparency, and always maintaining a warm, respectful attitude to others. Simon Kiperman manages the Tavas branch responsible for the Be’er Sheva and southern regions, which includes more than 300 employees and over 100 customers, including major global companies and defense companies that directly contribute to national security. He is responsible for overseeing managers and providing them with tools for their ongoing professional and personal development. This helps all staff to achieve defined goals while maximizing customer satisfaction.
